Better Together

Union members have voted to negotiate together because they realise that with a major Government squeeze on public health funding we are more likely to be successful in our wage negotiations if we bargain together rather than apart. We are undertaking this joint process to get the best outcome possible for members in what is a tough bargaining environment.
This website is for the 45,000 union members who have supported entering into a combined national negotiating process with their District Health Board employers. We will produce regular copies of our newsletter so that members are informed.
