On The Level - Pay and Employment Equity in New Zealand, a new Council of Trade Unions DVD resource, was launched on International Working Women’s Day, March 8th 2007.

The DVD is a fun and informative way of getting up to speed on Pay and Employment Equity issues, and promoting further discussion and action at all levels in the workforce.  It was produced with financial assistance and support from the Pay and Employment Equity Unit, Department of Labour.

You can view the full video online if you can access a broadband internet contection, or your union has a copy.
