Advanced Organising Skills
A course for those who have completed Skills of Organising at least 6 months prior to this course. Focuses on planning, organising around collective bargaining, plus developing delegates and activists.

Unions at Work: Cross Union Delegate Seminar
This is a cross union introductory course for union delegates. The course covers the role of the delegate, communication and recruitment techniques, and solving workplace issues.

Education & Action
This course focuses on maximising organising opportunities using adult education principles and techniques. It covers large and small group work, one to one meetings, union actions and worksite activity, and the social change aims of the union movement.

Nga Kaimahi Maori
This is a one-day workshop for Maori union members. Participants can expect to gain practical information and skills in working with collective agreements, building Maori workers networks across unions, organising techniques and problem solving in the workplace.

Pacific Workers Cross Union Fono
This is a one-day Fono for Pasefika union members. Fono participants can expect to gain practical information and skills in working with collective agreements, building Pasefika networks across unions, organising techniques and leadership development.

Leadership Development for Women Workers
A course aimed at women union members and activists designed to develop the ability of participants to provide leadership in union activity. This course is designed to facilitate the participants playing a greater role in their union and women's networks.

Skills of Organising
Comprehensive workshop for organisers and delegates in the latest skills and techniques on how to organise workers, plus build and strengthen your union.

Training Skills
This is a practical course focused on design, development and delivery of union education sessions or workshops.

Women Workers and their Workplace Issues
The course for women union members is designed to increase the participant's skills and knowledge in addressing issues facing working women.
