Do you have significant experience in union organising and member recruitment?

Can you develop and lead strategies resulting in significant growth in membership?

Are you comfortable with both working face-to-face and creating and implementing digital organising strategies to meet campaign goals? Do you have the skills to lead a high performing team?

We have an exciting opportunity to lead growth and recruitment in Tāmaki Makaurau and Waikato. This work will involve a mix of organising leadership, strategy, data analysis and digital transformation. You would be expected to contribute to organising strategies and tactics and use your influence to achieve the union’s aims.

This work will involve working extensively with membership groups in developing member leadership and growth outcomes.

This role has a management and mentoring function, and some travel is required.
