We are looking for a permanent, full time organising administrator to support Te Roopu Tohutohu Manaaki, our member advice and support centre. This position is preferably based in the Wellington office.

This is a fast-paced, challenging role where you support organisers, delegates and members. This includes:

  • Providing support to existing and potential members through phone and email communication
  • Membership support including joining new members and updating member records
  • Administrative assistance to delegates
  • Triaging calls for Workplace Support enquiries
  • Other general administration tasks

We need someone with a good skill base and broad administrative experience who can plan, prioritise and work to deadlines, has sound computer literacy, can collect and process information, is approachable and customer-focused, has good written and verbal communication skills, and a good eye for detail.

The salary range for this position is $57,005 to $77,068. New employees enter the range on a starting rate based upon previous relevant experience and commensurate with internal relativities. Progression to the top of the scale is by regular and automatic service steps.
