About the role

NZEI Te Riu Roa is looking for an Organising Call Centre (OCC) Coordinator to join our team in the New Year. You will report to our Lead Digital Organiser and your role will include:
• Liaison between the OCC and Digital Lead Organiser
• Coordinate the OCC team fostering a positive and motivated work environment
• Develop and deliver training for the team to enhance skills
• Reporting on analytics and insights gathered by the team
• Providing the communications team with strong social input to any communications work

Skills and experience
• Confidence to speak with multiple people over the phone every shift
• Friendly and professional telephone manner
• Working effectively in a team
• An interest in publicly-funded education, commitment to Te Tiriti, unionism and social justice
• Demonstrated ability to work flexibly in a team situation, ensuring that a collaborative environment is in play.
