Our organising call centre administrators support our membership, organising and campaign teams through direct contact with members by email, phone or text message.
Tasks are varied and include:
• Encouraging members to attend union events
• Following up on lapsed memberships
• Entering call information onto spreadsheets
In this role you will learn a lot about how work happens in an organising union.
