The PSA Te Pūkenga Here Tikanga Mahi has a permanent, full time vacancy for a Support and Systems Administrator in our IT department. This position is based in Wellington.

The Support and Systems Administrator is responsible for providing IT support to PSA staff and is one of our core IT Helpdesk staff. The IT Support and Systems Administrator reports to the National Service Manager IT.

We are looking for someone who will:

  • support PSA staff to use IT services, products and equipment
  • triage problems raised and resolve or refer them as appropriate
  • provide both administration of and support for the PSA information systems networks

The salary range for this position is $89,130-$111,025.  New employees enter the range on a starting rate based upon previous relevant experience and commensurate with internal relativities. Progression to the top of the scale is by regular and automatic service steps.
