A comprehensive two part / two week residential programme for emerging union leaders where they learn about union leadership, strategic planning and organising for union growth, building linkages with the community and NZ/international political economy. The course is particularly targets the development of Māori, Pasifika, women and young people. The programme involves participants undertaking relevant project work and formal mentoring.
