This two-day workshop aims to strengthen participants’ skills, knowledge, and understanding of adult and union learning to help build confidence and more effective practice when facilitating workers’ education.
A wide range of topics will be traversed over the two days, facilitated by experienced union education practitioners. These include:

- Using the power of narrative to inspire change
- Understanding how adults learn and be more effective in the union ‘classroom’
- Organising around health and safety
- Te Tiriti and union education
- Teaching economics
- Understanding privilege
