PSA | Project Manager – Organisational Capability & CRM Implementation

We are recruiting for a Project Manager – Organisational Capability & CRM Implementation fixed term for 10 months. At the heart of this role is the responsibility for delivering the implementation of a new membership CRM system, replacing the organisation’s current legacy platform. This includes leading the technical implementation with the selected vendor partner, overseeing data migration, and ensuring business readiness and working as partner to the organisation development team to drive strong change management, learning, and user support strategies.

We are looking for someone with:
An experienced project manager with a strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives—especially those involving enterprise systems and business transformation. You combine a clear focus on delivery with strong people leadership, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit.

Essential Skills and Experience
• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects—ideally including CRM or enterprise system implementations and data migration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage technical and non-technical staff across multiple workstreams.
• Experience working with external vendors and consultants to achieve successful outcomes.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and user adoption strategies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to balance delivery within timeframes while maintaining a values-aligned and inclusive approach.
