We are looking for an experienced policy and research professional to lead and mentor our 5-member policy unit. In this newly established role you will direct the work of the team who build the union’s knowledge base to support our industrial and political campaigns. As a senior leader within New Zealand’s largest union you will be alert to opportunities to use the full range of policy analysis, strategic insights and research to increase our influence and achieve results for our 95,000 members who work in central and local government, and in public health and community-based (NGO) support services.
