The PSA, Te Pūkenga Here Tikanga Mahi, has a vacancy for a National Support Leader within our organisation.  This is a fulltime fixed-term role ending on Friday 16 October 2026.

This is an opportunity to contribute at a national leadership level and support the continued delivery of organising and delegate education priorities. The National Support Leader role also has responsibility for the following teams:

  • Growth Organisers
  • Organising Administrators (OAs)
  • Delegate Education

The PSA Te Pūkenga Here Tikanga Mahi is committed to honouring Te Tiriti O Waitangi across our organisation and the work we do. Knowledge of te reo and tikanga Māori will therefore be an advantage.

The salary range for this position is $119,269to $130,661.  New employees enter the range on a starting rate based upon previous relevant experience and commensurate with internal relativities. Progression to the top of the scale is by regular and automatic service steps.
