Stand Up is New Zealand’s youth union movement. A network of young workers across New Zealand who aim to increase awareness of unionism and workers rights amongst young New Zealanders and to advocate and campaign on issues important to young people.

Below are our aims and vision:

1) To promote unionism to young people
2) Educate young workers on their rights as workers
3) Engage young workers in campaigns and issues
4) Focus on industrial and other issues important to young people
5) Build alliances with community and student organisations with a focus on
