Supermarket giant Woolworths has confirmed a new operating model that Workers First say will lead to pay cuts that will cost experienced workers thousands of dollars. More than $20 million in Holidays Act remediation payments have been made to Health New Zealand’s staff in Nelson and Marlborough.
